Arch Coal, Inc. has established a toll-free Confidential Hotline (1-866-519-1881) with an independent company. This hotline provides you with a confidential and anonymous way to report questionable accounting, internal accounting control and auditing practices.

It is important to note that it is the policy of Arch Coal that no disciplinary or other retaliatory action will be taken against any employee for filing a report. This is true regardless of whether you desire to remain anonymous or you choose to leave your name.

Reports will be communicated to both the Director of Internal Audit and the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Arch Coal Board of Directors. All calls will be investigated thoroughly.
