A majority of Arch’s coal goes to producers of electric power in 40 of the 48 continental U.S. states. Through our national network of mines, Arch delivers roughly 16 percent of America's annual coal supply.

As one of the world's largest and most efficient coal producers, we supply steam and metallurgical coal to power producers and steel manufacturers on four continents.

The cleaner-burning, low-sulfur coals that Arch mines is a particularly strong fit for utilities under the Clean Air Act. And with mining operations strategically located in the east and west, Arch makes fuel delivery more reliable and affordable across the nation.
